Inclusiveness

Our club is inclusive of people within the wide geographical area it serves. This includes people with disabilities and our club are in the process of taking practical steps to bring about positive change.

This means we:

  • Adopt a positive attitude about the inclusion of people with disabilities.
  • Plan how people with disabilities can best participate in all aspects of the club’s activities (e.g. cycling, coaching and club administration).

 Membership Pricing Policy

Our club is considering introducing a wage/unwaged pricing policy as well as alternative pricing policies for initiatives which encourage membership (e.g. people with disabilities and female participation).
